Contact Management

Add Contact
Using the search bar to search for the contact you want to add. Staff should be found by simply typing their name, however if you are adding an external contact you will need to enter the full address e.g. tinker.bell@neverland.com. Once you have found the person you want to add, right click them, select “Add to contacts list”, then choose the group to add them to: 

Contacts Groups
Right click an existing group and select "Create New Group" :

Type a name for the group then press enter:

Now you can add contacts to your new group.

Privacy Levels
There are different privacy levels available that determine who can see what information. To view or change the privacy level right click the contact, select “Change Privacy Relationship”, then choose from the available options:
